Where can I find top notch golf sales representatives?

I am looking for a few quality golf sales representatives. One for my company and a few for other clients. Does anyone have any recommendations. Where can I start looking?

Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills
Golf Industry Experience - A Must
Book of Business - A Plus
Great with Phone Sales
